The original and best Scottish tap water bottle. My last one was nice enough that it got pinched, so was glad to be able to get a replacement from this run. It’s just as good quality as the last one, chuffed to bits with it.

Found this "Scottish Tap Water" bottle on Pieute, and had to have it. You know the score: our tap water up here is legendary. This isn't just a bottle; it's a wee nod to that fact, and it's brilliant.

It’s proper sturdy, too. Double-walled stainless steel, 500ml, keeps things colder than a December dip in Portobello Beach. I've lugged it up Arthur's Seat and round the Grassmarket – water stays ice cold, exactly how it should be. No lukewarm nonsense, which, let's face it, is a crime.

But the best bit is the graphic. It’s not just a meme; it’s the truth. Our water’s just better. Pure and simple, like Scotland itself. In a world that sometimes feels a bit watered down, this bottle proudly says where it's from. It's a subtle wee jab, a conversation starter, and just feels good in your hand.

Filling it from my Edinburgh tap (the best tap, obviously) always makes me smile. And when I'm away, maybe down south, sipping from this bottle feels like a quiet wee victory. It's more than just keeping hydrated; it's a wee taste of home, a bit of defiance. Go on, get one. You won't regret it.
